Sorry for not posting the last couple of weeks. I apologize for not holding up my end here. I will try and discipline myself a little better from here on out. It has been a rough few weeks for me in many areas of my life, which brought me to this verse:
1My heart is not proud, O Lord,
my eyes are not haughty;
I do not concern myself with great matters
or things too wonderful for me.
2But I have stilled and quieted my soul;
like a weaned child with its mother,
like a weaned child is my soul
within me.
Psalm 131:1-2
I needed to remind myself that I can't let great problems trouble me. I have to give EVERYTHING to God and be still AND quiet and wait for Him to do His work.
Once I put that concept into motion things really got back on track for me.
I encourage you, if there is something troubling you, please give it to God fully and completely. DO NOT give it to Him and take it back (there I was guilty).
He loves you and He will take care of you always.

ReplyDeleteI'm asking that everyone pray that Elijah has a good nights sleep tonight. He had his tonsils and adenoids removed on March 4th and is still having problems sleeping at night. He just wakes up crying and it is very difficult to get him calmed down and back to sleep. Let's just say that my husband and i are exhausted and I'm sure Elijah is too. Thanks to all!
