Sorry I am a little late with this posting this week ladies. I have had kind of a rough week as I found out I have hypoglycemia. It has taken a bit of a toll on me and has pretty much scared me to death. I would appreciate your prayers as the only thing that is going to help me get past this is to lose some weight. As we all know that is a constant struggle for a lot of us, but it is important to stay healthy.
I have a 5 hour glucose test next week. I will keep you posted.

I will pray for you. I will come and work out one of these days. ha. I can be your "diet" accountability if you would like. We can write down what we eat or just encourage eachother with healthy ideas

I am not sure I am posting this in the right place - but Garry's cousin (Janette Stone) has been diagnosed with clear cell ovarian cancer - it is grade 3 (which is the worst). She is Garry's age and is looking at surgery and chemo. She can opt for a complete hysterectomy or a experimental surgery that will biopsy each ovary on a need basis in hopes for kids in the future. She needs a miracle. Nothing short of God's intervention will stop this kind of cancer. She was getting ready to go on the Mission field when the diagnosis came - a lot of Garry's family is not saved or is wavering in that area - this really could be the miracle to bring about salvation as well.

Hey Misty you are in my prayers. I have hyperglucimea which is the opposite but the same health risks so I understand your feeling it is scary. I have however, studied alot about health and nutrition for my own benefit so I can help you customize a plan for you if you would like. Just say the words and I am there!!!
ReplyDeletePray for me for some guidence I am having alot of problems with Heath. Most are spun off of his drinking problem. however I dont know how much longer I can handle everything not to mention I dont want the girls to start thinking that its ok for someone to treat them in the way he treats me when he is drinking. I am at a massive cross road.

ReplyDeleteAs a divorcee, I left my ex husband for that very reason and many others of course. I did not want my daughters thinking it was ok to be with a man like that.
